Commissions are currently only available to friends and mutuals.
If you have any questions about my terms of service, check my FAQ.
If you don't see your question listed there, you can contact me to ask!

Since my commissions are currently only open to friends and mutuals, you may contact me on any social media you like where I'm available. For a list of all my social media, please refer to my Linktree.
I strongly suggest ensuring we have multiple ways to contact each other in the event that our primary method of communication becomes unavailable.
For a list of what I will and won't draw, please check the information here:

Anything that isn't explicitly listed on there that you're curious about potentially commissioning, feel free to message me and ask about. I don't judge!
Since I am only a hobbyist, I do not do rush jobs. At the time we discuss your commission, I will do my best to give you a rough estimate of the time it will take given my schedule at the time.
I compensate for this uncertainty regarding scheduling by taking payment in two parts and taking the first part only when work on the commission actually begins. (Please see the "Payment and Refunds" section below for more information on this.)
If you absolutely need a piece of artwork done before a particular date, I advise letting me know at the time you first contact me about it and contacting me well in advance of when the artwork needs to be completed.
I understand some commissioners would rather keep what they commission private, so I do offer private and anonymous commissions!
An anonymous commission will not have the commissioner's name attached to it when it is posted.
A private commission will not be posted at all.
If a commission is requested to be private at the time it is purchased, but the commissioner themselves posts the image publicly at a later time, I will assume the commissioner has changed their mind and that it is okay for me to post the image publicly too.
I will gladly delay posting the commission if it is a gift for a special occasion such a birthday, holiday, etc. Please let me know up-front if you need to have the posting of the commission delayed for a reason like this.
All prices listed on this website are in United States dollars (USD) and tax-inclusive.
A commission may have an additional cost added to it if it includes complex designs or elements that merit it. You will always be informed of the total final cost prior to me starting any work on the commission.
Payment will normally be in two parts. You will be invoiced for the first half of the cost at the time I start work on your commission, and the second half once the commission is complete, before receiving your final files.
If you are interested a different kind of payment schedule, please let me know and I will accommodate it if I can.
Since payment is typically in two parts, I can send the invoice for each part to a different person if desired.
However, please keep in mind that ALL co-commissioners are considered responsible for ensuring the full commission amount is paid. If any one co-commissioner fails to pay their invoice as expected, the other co-commissioners will be expected to pay the invoice, and any failure to do so will be handled in the same way as if a singular commissioner failed to pay their invoice.
I typically handle cancellations and refunds as follows:
If your commission has not yet been started, you will not yet have been invoiced and so there will be nothing to refund. Your commission will simply be cancelled without any penalty.
If your commission has already been started and you have paid your first invoice, the amount I can refund will depend on how much of the work has already been done.
If a large amount of work on the commission is already complete, I may refuse to refund any amount from your first invoice.
Any time I either refuse a refund or grant only a partial refund, the final file I provide you will be an in-progress file for your commission that matches the amount of the payment I ultimately keep. For example, if I refund you half of the first invoice (meaning I am keeping only 25% of the total image cost that was originally agreed upon), your final file will be an image file that represents about 25% of the progress on your commission.
If your commission is complete or close enough to complete for me to invoice you for the second half at the time you request a cancellation, no refund will be possible. I will send your second invoice and state to you that it must be paid. Failure to pay the second invoice in such a case will result in being permanently blacklisted from commissioning me again.
I ask that commissioners please keep the following in mind with regards to refunds:
A refund should really only be a method of last resort, either due to differences between me and the commissioner that cannot be resolved, a grave error on my part with regards to the commission or overall professionalism, or a financial emergency on the part of the commissioner.
If you request and receive a full refund, you forfeit any and all rights or license you may have held over the artwork. This means you will have no permission to use the artwork or works-in-progress you received in any way or hold any claim over them.
Please keep in mind that the website I use for payment does not process refunds instantly. It can take up to a month in some cases for any funds to be returned to your account. I cannot do anything to speed this process up and cannot be held accountable for any damages suffered by you due to the processing time involved in issuing a refund.
With all of this in mind, I ask the following of my commissioners:
Please be financially responsible. Please do NOT commission me if your own financial situation is unstable and there is a chance of you needing to request a refund to cover a financial emergency.
Please reach out to me as early as possible to discuss any concerns you have about your commission that might lead you to consider a refund. We may be able to resolve your concern together. Even if we can't, reaching out early will help ensure the matter of your refund is resolved as early as possible.
Requesting a refund under unreasonable conditions may lead to being blacklisted from requesting commissions from me in the future.
You can contact me regarding your commission via any method of communication we've established, or by emailing me at the email address that I send your invoice from.
I will reply to messages/emails regarding commission work within 1-2 business days.
As I work on your commission, you will receive one or more works-in-progress (WIPs) to see how the artwork is progressing and have an opportunity to request fixes or edits.
Once the commission is close to complete, I may not be able to send you further WIPs until after your second invoice is paid.
I will always make any requested fixes if they are due to my making an error in drawing your commission (e.g., if I don’t match the reference images or description you provided) unless the differences were previously approved by you. (See Section “Requesting Edits” below.)
You can request edits to your commission at any time. However, if a requested edit is unreasonable, I will not be able to make it.
Some examples of unreasonable edits I may not make are as follows:
Changing or adding to your original request in a major way. (e.g., adding a character or swapping them out for a different character)
Changing something already approved by you in a previous WIP.
Any change that would amount to asking me to work in a different art style or that would exceed reasonable expectations for the art that I offer.
You are free to share the finished artwork on social media as soon as you receive it from me, without needing to ask permission. Please make sure to credit me appropriately for the work, and ideally link one of my social media accounts together with the image post.
Keep in mind that if you originally requested your commission be kept private, but post the image publicly yourself, I will assume that you have changed your mind and that I also am allowed to post it. See Section "Private/Anonymous Commissions" above for more information regarding private commissions.
See Section “Delayed Posting” above if you need me to wait to post the image until a certain date.
I am generally happy to make edits to a complete commission on request as long as the scope of the edit is minor and it's requested within a reasonable amount of time since the commission was declared complete.
I retain the copyrights for all the artwork I make for commissioners.
Commissioning me does NOT mean the copyright of the artwork is transferred to you.
